Government of Kano State over the attack on the Central Mosque in Kano 
on Friday which he described as heinous.<br />

In a statement reacting to the incident in which scores of persons 
were killed, President Jonathan commiserated with all the families who 
lost their loved ones.<br />

He called on relief agencies and medical personnel to deploy every 
possible effort to assist the injured, and the general public to heed 
the call for the donation of blood by the hospitals where the injured 
are being treated.<br />

The President further directed the security agencies to launch a 
full-scale investigation and to leave no stone unturned until all agents
 of terror undermining the right of every citizen to life and dignity,

despicable and unjustifiable threat to our society and reiterated the 
determination of the government to continue to take every step to put an
 end to the reprehensible acts of all groups and persons involved in 
acts of terrorism.<br /><br />
He urged calls Nigerians not to despair in this moment of great trial
 in our nation’s history but to remain united to confront the common 
enemy.<br /><br />
 According to him, no terrorist act against fellow citizens will 
destroy the Nigerian spirit to remain positive, resolute and united in

water in jubilation of final year completion.</div>

victim was running away from a number of students who pursued after him 
to pour dirty water on him. In that quest to dodge the water being

The dirty water from the pit however is partially passing a light 
current as the pit is dug beside their transformer where earth-wire is 
buried.<br />

Many students in this light unaccepted celebration of final papers have 
been injured, poured acid and some other dangerous liquids while some

dated November 25, 2014 and signed by the director (Commission’s 
Secretariat) I. A. Gali, the commission has approved that the 
distribution of PVCs in Kaduna and Katsina states will take place from 
Saturday, December 6, to Monday, December 8, 2014.</div>

states will take place from Wednesday, December 17 to Monday, December 
22, 2014.The distribution of PVCs in Rivers, Nasarawa and the 
outstanding local governments in Lagos State will take place from 
Friday, November 28 to Sunday, November 30, 2014 as earlier scheduled.<br /><br />The CVR exercise in these states will take place from Wednesday, December 3 to Monday, December 8, 2014 as earlier scheduled.<br /><br />Again INEC Postpones Distribution Of PVCs In Katsina<br />For
 the second time, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) 
has postponed the distribution of permanent voter cards (PVCs) and

have a protruded stomach, a peculiar nature that made many people in the area,

that when a member of the family, her brother-in-law, wanted to use the toilet,
he discovered that water could not flush the waste, as his faces remained floating.</span></span></div>

brother-in-law, a source revealed, therefore, decided to deep his hand into
the toilet, and discovered, to his surprise, that a placenta had been dumped
into the toilet, a situation which
made him to scream, attracting other residents to the scene, who in utter
disbelief, removed the lifeless baby from the toilet.</span></span></div>

family met shortly after the incident and summoned other family members, some
of them saw traces of blood stain on the woman’s clothes, the wife of their
