31,  before Justice E. F. Ikponmwen of
Edo State <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD4">High Court</span>, Benin-City on a 3- count charge bordering on conspiracy
and obtaining money by false pretence.

Ibhonitie allegedly defrauded one Mrs. Weidman Andrea
Sabrie, a German, of the sum of $ 91,000 (Ninety-One Thousand United States
Dollars) by pretending to be an American working in Nigeria for a road
<span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD1">construction company</span>.</div>

To access the proceeds of the <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD8">fraud</span>, Ibhonitie
allegedly opened a domiciliary account in the name of one Mr. Steven. He
entered into an agreement with Charity, <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD6">the account</span> officer that opened the
account for him, on how the proceeds from the crime will be shared. By the
arrangement, Charity was to keep 3 percent of every inflow to herself while 7
percent will go to Ibhonitie. The remaining 90 percent, by the arrangement,
went to Steven. However, investigations showed that Ibhonitie was the same as
Steven. When the charges were read to them, they pleaded not guilty.</div>

Andrea Sabrie, a German national through Skye Bank of Nigeria Limited Account
No: 2520346555 in the name of Dandy James by falsely pretending to her that the
said sum of money represented legal fee for Barrister Louis Harpoch for your
defense which pretence you knew to be false".</b></div>

In view of their pleas, prosecuting counsel, Ayokunle

state, Pastor J.O. Kayoda, yesterday September 25th lost his wife and 
four children, two boys and two girls, in a fire outbreak at their home.
 According to reports, all five family members were burnt beyond 
recognition after an electric fault in the area caused a fire outbreak 
in the missionary building of the church where the pastor and his wife 
stayed. The Pastor was said to be away in Osun state to attend a 
Pastoral conference when the fire killed his entire family.</span></span></div>

died of smoke inhalation because we found them right where they were

At least, six ministers may quit President Goodluck Jonathan’s cabinet 
in October as preparations for the 2015 general elections peak. The 
affected ministers are expected to resign their appointments in order to
 pursue their governorship ambitions in their respective states.<br />

Their imminent resignation is expected to lead to a major shake-up in 
the Federal Executive Council. A Presidency source said the ministers’ 
exit would lead to constitution of “election cabinet” by Jonathan.<br />

In the South East part of Nigeria Felix Idiga is a well known man. This

Nigeria president, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor might be stating the obvious.

construction with the NDDC (Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC) as

association with the top shots of NDDC and major militants in the 
South-South. Sources say he was allegedly involved in oil bunkering 
along with emergency money bags like Scott Tommey and Delta based Ayeri.<br />

According to the revelation, the private jet with a US registration 
number N808HG was one of two jets cited by South African officials on 
September 5 and is owned by Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor. The second is a jet 
registered with the name Felix Idiga, the owner of Jafac Limited. Mr. 
Oritsejafor’s jet arrived South Africa with $9.3 million cash loaded in 
several suitcases meant for the purchase of arms and ammunitions.<br />
<br />
Investigations have confirmed that under the South African laws, a 
person entering or leaving the country is expected to carry cash not 
exceeding R25, 000 (about US$2, 300), or the equivalent in foreign 
currency notes. Also, arms usually involve a complex bank transfer 
system needed to move the money between the countries involved in the 
deal; they are rarely done in cash.<br />

This contravention of the South African law and other laws governing the
 movement of cash and the purchase of arms and ammunitions proves that 
the intended transaction was illegal and is possibly intended to smuggle
 arms to Nigerian to continue to equip terrorists in the North, pirates 
and militants in the Niger Delta and other forms of insurgence in
