BREAKING: Speaker Tambuwal dumps PDP, decamps to APC

 

Information reaching OgbongeGist.Com is that the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal has finally dumped the Peoples Democratic Party and joined the All Progressives Congress as part of the plan to ensure that while PDP controls the Senate, APC takes charge of the House.

Tambuwal's defection to APC took place in Sokoto State on Monday afternoon with his attendance of a top stakeholders meeting of all APC leaders and members in the state.

Sources told OgbongeGist.Com that the speaker will take his APC membership card on Tuesday morning in his ward before heading to Abuja to preside over the House of Representatives.

Already, more PDP members in the House have perfected plans to follow Tambuwal to APC.

 

As soon as he returns to Abuja and give them the green light, the big move will commence on the floor of the House of Reps. The federal lawmakers are no longer afraid of decamping again after Governor Segun Mimiko and Ondo Assembly lawmakers decamped to PDP and nothing happened.
