According to report, the woman had met the deceased one Dipo Omobolanle, 32, on his way and offered him a ride.
On that fateful day of the incident, both of them had agreed to engage in s*xual int*rcourse.
It was during the romp that the man became unconscious and eventually died.
Addressing the court, the Prosecutor, Insp. George Nwosu, said the offence was committed on May 21 at 10 a.m. at No 1, Oluwole St., Cele, Lagos.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the offence contravened Section 221 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The plea of the accused who is facing a murder charge was not taken by the court.
Presiding over the case, the Chief Magistrate, Mr Olatunbosun Abolarinwa, ordered that the accused should be remanded in prison custody, pending an advice from the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions.
The case was adjourned to July 17 for mention.
Meanwhile the body of the deceased has since been deposited at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital mortuary, Ikeja for autopsy.
It would be recalled that a middle aged man had reportedly died after having s*xual int*rcourse with his lover in a hotel in Iwaro-Oka, Akoko local government area of Ondo state.
